One of my favorite tradition is, few days before the wedding day, the bride has to put henna on. It is when an artistic person draws on the bride hands and feet, usually beautiful flower. Now, there is instant Henna that only takes an hour or so to dry and has a very bright red colour.. But in the past, the Henna used to be puree from leaves from a special plant. It takes hours to dry and also should be made few time with the same patterns to get the desire colour. I dont like it on me, I just like seeing people have it. compare to tattoo, this one can be clean easily in few weeks or even days. this pic is taken from Google.
